Lunar New Year Celebration in Downtown Oak Park on Feb. 21
Join us as we celebrate Lunar New Year with a traditional lion dance!
The procession will begin at Byline Bank and continue through the district, where many downtown businesses will receive a blessing meant to bring good luck, prosperity, and positive energy for the year ahead.
This is a free, fun, festive, and family-friendly event — we’ll also pass out red envelopes for kids (and adults too) to “feed” the lions as they make their way through the district.
Don’t miss this event:
- Saturday, February 21
- 1:00 PM
- Starts at Byline Bank location at 1001 Lake Street , then will move through Downtown Oak Park

Come celebrate the Year of the Fire Horse at our local Asian restaurants with these offers & specials!
